Alfredo Primavera with Whole Grain Pasta


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; reserve hot. In a pot of boiling water, heat pouch of Alfredo Sauce.
  2. Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium high heat. Add leeks and red pepper saute 1-2 minutes. Add squash, zucchini, and tomatoes, stir and combine saute 1-2 minutes. Add spinach, stir until wilted.
  3. Add Alfredo Sauce and pasta; stir to coat. Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh grated parmesan and chopped parsley.


  • 6 oz leek(s), medium diced
  • 1 fl oz oil, vegetable
  • 2 lb pasta, penne, whole grain, cooked, warm
  • 6 oz pepper(s), red bell, julienne
  • 10 oz spinach, fresh, julienne
  • 12 oz squash, yellow, julienne
  • 96 oz Stouffer's® Alfredo Sauce, Gluten Free
  • 4 oz tomato(es), cherry, cut in half
  • 12 oz zucchini, julienne
