Alfredo Primavera with Whole Grain Pasta
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; reserve hot. In a pot of boiling water, heat pouch of Alfredo Sauce.
- Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium high heat. Add leeks and red pepper saute 1-2 minutes. Add squash, zucchini, and tomatoes, stir and combine saute 1-2 minutes. Add spinach, stir until wilted.
- Add Alfredo Sauce and pasta; stir to coat. Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh grated parmesan and chopped parsley.

- 2 lb pasta, penne, whole grain, cooked, warm
- 6 oz pepper(s), red bell, julienne
- 10 oz spinach, fresh, julienne
- 12 oz squash, yellow, julienne
- 96 oz Stouffer's® Alfredo Sauce, Gluten Free
- 4 oz tomato(es), cherry, cut in half
- 12 oz zucchini, julienne
