All Star Grilled Cheese


  1. Butter bread.
  2. Place 1 ounce of shredded Gruyere on each slice and set cheese-side-up on grill.
  3. Place a slice of mozzarella on each side.
  4. Place one slice American on top of one slice of mozzarella.
  5. Place bacon on other slice.
  6. Wait until bread is golden brown and cheese is melting.
  7. Fold together and cut on a bias.


  • 2 slices Bacio® Cheese Block, Whole Milk Mozzarella
  • 2 slices Heritage Ovens® Bread, Sourdough
  • 2 slices Ridgecrest® Bacon, Applewood Slice(s)
  • 1 slice Ultimelt® Cheese, American
  • 2 oz. West Creek® Cheese, Gruyère
