Amaretto Coffee Brownies or Blondies


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13×9-inch pan.
  2. In large bowl, combine brownie mix and butter; mix at low speed for 45 to 60 seconds or until crumbly.
  3. Set aside 1 cup of the mixture in a small bowl for topping.
  4. Add milk and egg to brownie mixture; mix until smooth.
  5. Spread evenly in greased pan. In bowl combine cream cheese, marshmallow creme and coffee powder; mix until smooth.
  6. Spread mixture evenly over brownie mixture.
  7. Add walnuts to reserved 1 cup brownie mixture; mix well. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
  8. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until edges are firm to touch.
  9. Cool 1½ hours or until completely cooled.
  10. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator until served.


  • 21.5 oz. chocolate brownie mix, sub blondie mix
  • 3 Tbsp. coffee powder, instant, amaretto-flavored, or amaretto flavoring and ground coffee beans
  • 1.5 Cup(s) marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Nature's Best Dairy® Butter
  • 1 Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s)
  • 1/3 Cup(s) Nature's Best Dairy® Milk
  • 3/4 Cup(s) walnuts, chopped, optional
  • 12 oz. West Creek® Cream Cheese, softened
