            Apricot Bread Pudding
Directions
- Wisk eggs, sugar, milk, cream, butter, and apricots together in a greased 9x13 pan.
 - Add 4 cups cubed bread to pan and mix until all bread is soaking in the custard.
 - Mix together 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp sugar and sprinkle on bread custard mixture.
 - Cover and bake for 30 minutes until set. Uncover and continue to bake until lightly brown.
 - Serve with whipped cream.

 - 1 cup sugar, (or favorite sweetener)
 - 1 1/2 cup Milk
 - 1/2 cup cream
 - 1/2 cup butter
 - 2 cups Magellan® CA Sun Dried Apricot, diced
