Arugula Salad with Goat Cheese
Directions
- Place baby arugula in salad bowl and sprinkle red onion over mixture.
- Top with bacon, oranges, cashews and goat cheese.
- Add tomatoes around the edge of the bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over salad and serve.

- 2 oz. Mandarin Oranges

- 2 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, sliced
- 3 each Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Cherry, sliced
- 2 oz. Ridgecrest® Bacon, Applewood Slice(s), diced
