Avocado Toast
Directions
- Whisk the crema with the lime zest and juice. Set aside for service.
- Thaw avocado slices according to package instruction. Set aside for service.
- Prepare corn according to package instructions. Set aside for service.
- For each serving, lightly toast 2 pieces of bread. Arrange 1-1/2 oz of avocado slices, and 1/4 oz corn on each piece of bread. Drizzle each piece with 1 tsp lime crema. Season with Tajin, salt and pepper. Garnish with microgreens and flowers. Serve.

- 24 slices Hearty whole-grain bread
- 6 oz Simplot RoastWorks®: Flame-Roasted Simply Sweet® Cut Corn 1/20lb
- edible flowers, for garnish
- 2 fl oz lime, juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 6 fl oz mexican crema
- microgreens, for garnish
- salt and pepper, to taste (black pepper)
- Tajin Seasoning, to taste
