Avocado Toast


  1. Whisk the crema with the lime zest and juice. Set aside for service.
  2. Thaw avocado slices according to package instruction. Set aside for service.
  3. Prepare corn according to package instructions. Set aside for service.
  4. For each serving, lightly toast 2 pieces of bread. Arrange 1-1/2 oz of avocado slices, and 1/4 oz corn on each piece of bread. Drizzle each piece with 1 tsp lime crema. Season with Tajin, salt and pepper. Garnish with microgreens and flowers. Serve.

  • 2 fl oz lime, juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 6 fl oz mexican crema
  • microgreens, for garnish
  • salt and pepper, to taste (black pepper)
  • Tajin Seasoning, to taste
