Bacon Scallops with Lemon Caper Sauce


  1. Bake scallops, according to package instructions, til just under done and let stand to finish cooking.
  2. To make the lemon caper sauce, melt butter and bring to just a boil. Add all other ingredients except capers and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add capers, and hold warm.
  3. Arrange on plate, drizzle with sauce, sprinkle parsley and serve.


  • 1 tsp. lemon(s), juiced
