Directions

  1. Season beef with salt and pepper
  2. Over med high heat brown meat about 1 min per side in a large pot. Add all remaining ingredients to pot. Cook over low heat for 8 hours
  3. Discard bay leaves

  4. Serve hot. Garnish with Flour Tort Strips, Lime Wedge, Avocado Slices

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vinegar, apple cider
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 32 oz beef broth
  • 1 tsp cloves, ground
  • 3 tbsp cumin
  • 2 cup garlic, diced
  • 1 cup lime, juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp oregano, fresh
  • 4 cup rotel
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 lb Short Ribs, cut per bone
