Barbecue Chicken Waffle Fries


  1. Mix Extra Melt Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce and Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeños in saucepan. Heat until shreds are melted; hold hot until service.
  2. Mix chicken and barbecue sauce in saucepan until well coated. Heat; hold hot until service.
  3. To build, spread half of hot fries on serving platter. Top with half of chicken, cheese sauce, bacon, tomato, pickle and onion. Layer remaining fries and all remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.


  • 1 1/2 oz bacon, cooked, coarsely chopped
  • 2 oz barbecue sauce
  • 6 oz pulled chicken, from rotisserie
  • 1/4 cup pickles dill, coarsely chopped
  • 6 oz LAND O LAKES® Extra Melt® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce
  • 2 oz LAND O LAKES® Shredded Monterey Jack with Jalapeño Peppers
  • 1/4 cup onion(s), red, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup tomato(es), seeded, diced
  • 1 lb fries, waffle, hot cooked
