Beef Tip Sandwich on Sub Roll


  1. Slice sub roll in half and grill until golden brown, then brush both sides with Ken’s Dijon Horseradish Sauce.
  2. In preheated sauté pan, cook beef tips until desired temperature. Add mushrooms and toss.
  3. Top with cheddar cheese and melt.
  4. Place into sub roll, slice in half and serve.


  • 4 oz beef, sirloin tips, seasoned and seared
  • 1 Heritage Ovens® Roll(s)
  • 2 tbsp Ken's® Dijon Horseradish Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Mushroom(s), sauteed
  • 2 slices West Creek® Cheese, Cheddar, Sharp
