Directions
- To assemble burger, build in the following order: 1 toasted brioche bun, 1 seared burger patty, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice seared Canadian bacon, ¼ cup hashbrowns, 1 poached egg and 2 tablespoons Breakfast Special Sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 ea brioche buns, toasted
- 4 ea beef, patties, 4 oz, seared
- 4 ea cheese slice(s), American
- 4 slices ea bacon, Canadian, seared
- 1 cup hashbrowns, shredded, prepared
- 4 ea egg, poached
- 1/2 cup Breakfast Special Sauce, (see recipe below)
Breakfast Special Sauce
Directions
- Whisk together warmed Custom Culinary® Frozen, Ready-to-Use Hollandaise Sauce and everything bagel seasoning in a medium bowl.
- Transfer sauce to a heatproof container and hold warm until ready for use.
