Directions
- Thaw avocado spread according to package instructions.
 - Prepare waffle bites according to package instructions. In a small bowl, combine lettuce and jalapeño.
 - To assemble wrap, spread 2-3 oz. of avocado spread in the center of tortilla, leaving edges clear. Top spread with romaine mixture, tostada shell, scrambled eggs, and waffle bites. Start folding one section at a time creating 8 folds toward the center, one overlapping another.
 - Place wrap, folded side down, on a preheated grill or flattop for 60-90 seconds to crisp and seal the folds. Flip and sear the other side (top) until golden brown. Cut wrap in half and place on serving dish with a side of hot sauce. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.

- 2 cups Simplot Harvest Fresh® Avocados: Everything Bagel Flavored Avocado Spread, Frozen, thawed
 - 5 cups Simplot Maple City® Potatoes: Waffle Flavored Waffle Bites, Skin Off
 - 3 heads Romaine lettuce, finely chopped
 - 1 ea. jalapeño(s), fresh, finely shaved
 - 8 ea. egg(s), scrambled
 - 6 ea. Flour tortillas, large
 - 6 ea. Tostada shell, prepared
 - cilantro, fresh, chopped, as garnish
 - lime wedges, as garnish

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a vita mix blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add more water as needed to adjust consistency.
