Ridgecrest® Beer Cheese and Brisket Pretzel Melt

Directions

  1. Sear the brisket and sauerkraut on the flattop.
  2. Toast the pretzel bun with butter on the flattop.
  3. Place the brisket and sauerkraut on the bun.
  4. Cover the brisket and sauerkraut with the beer cheese and the top bun.
  5. Serve with potato chips and pickles.
