Bruschetta Topped Hummus


  1. Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters (or eighths if large).Place in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and season with salt to taste.
  3. Scoop hummus out of container and swirl onto a serving plate.
  4. Top with the bruschetta and drizzle with a touch of olive oil, if desired.


  • 10 basil, leaves, fresh, chopped
  • 1 garlic, clove(s), minced
  • 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Cherry, multi-colored (red, yellow, orange)
  • 1 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1 10 oz container Sabra® Classic Hummus
  • to taste salt
