Smoky Honey Buffalo Brussels Sprout Wings
Directions
- Set fryer to 350°F. Fry 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts until golden brown and crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
- Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle with 1/4 cup sauce and toss until Brussels sprouts are evenly coated. Serve hot with additional sauce for dipping.

- In a small sauce pan over medium heat, combine Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, honey, butter, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Cook, stirring, until butter has melted and sauce is well combined. Hold hot for service or refrigerate until needed.
