Buffalo Chicken Dip
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- In a large skillet, heat chicken and pepper sauce.
- Stir in cream cheese, ranch dressing, and basic cheddar sauce.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients have melted and form a homogenous mixture.
- Pour into 12 inch cast iron skillet or baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Top with scallion and serve with carrot and celery sticks.

- 1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 1/2 cups Chefmate Basic Cheddar Sauce
- 1/4 cup Scallions, fresh, sliced for garnish
- celery, sticks for garnish/dipping
- Carrot, sticks for garnish/dipping
