Buffalo Corn Fritters

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the salt and vegetable oil, allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes
  2. Heat oil and cook fritters until done, sprinkle with salt
  3. Garnish with pulled chicken and pico de gallo

  • 1 cup Hominy
