Buffalo Pumpkin Chicken Dip


  1. Heat white queso and Libby’s Pumpkin Puree together over medium heat.
  2. Once heated, add bleu cheese, chicken, and buffalo sauce and combine until uniform.
  3. Pour into heated serving vessel. Top with additional bleu cheese and buffalo sauce.
  4. Serve hot with toast points.


  • 1 cup chicken breast, roasted, shredded
  • 1 cup White queso cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup Libby's Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. blue cheese dressing
