Buffalo Style Chicken Meatball Protein Bowl


  1. Heat deep fryer to 350°F.
  2. Place fully thawed meatballs in deep fryer and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. In a bowl combine the fully cooked meatballs with wing sauce, toss to coat meatballs.
  4. Combine the blue cheese crumbles, coleslaw mix, and half of dressing in a bowl mix to coat with dressing.
  5. To serve divide rice in bottom of bowls, top with some of the coleslaw, add meatballs and sliced avocado. Garnish with cilantro leaves and black sesame seeds.

  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 4 cups rice, jasmine , cooked
  • 1 bag coleslaw, cabbage mix
  • 1 bottle Coleslaw dressing
  • 1/4 cup cheese, blue, crumbles
  • 1 whole avocado, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
