Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter Sage


  1. Heat butter and sage in sauté pan on medium heat. Sauté butter until it starts to brown.
  2. Add the ravioli to the pan and sauté until tender and hot.
  3. Plate and drizzle sauce over ravioli. Garnish with microgreens in the center and sprinkle green onion on edge.


  • 1/2 oz. microgreens
  • 1/4 lb. Nature's Best Dairy® Butter
  • 1/2 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
  • 6 each Piancone® Ravioli, Butternut Squash, Half Moon
  • 1 tsp. sage
