Cali Portobello Burger


  1. Place burger on grill to heat up.
  2. Place mushrooms in fryer to fry to golden brown.
  3. Butter bun and toast on flat grill.  Place bun on plate. Place lettuce on bottle bun, then top with lettuce, then onion then tomatoes.
  4. When burger is hot add cheese to melt. Place cheese burger on top of tomatoes then top burger with mushrooms.
  5. Drizzle the sauce over mushrooms, shingle top bun and add side then serve.


  • 1 oz creole sauce
  • 1 Heritage Ovens® Bun(s)
  • 3 oz mushroom(s), portobello
  • 1 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce
  • 1 slice Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s)
  • 2 slices Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es)
  • 1 Southwest burger
  • 1 slice West Creek® Cheese, Gruyère
