Carolina Pork Kabobs


  1. Take a skewer and have all cut ingredients in bowls.
  2. Season pork with salt and pepper. Place one piece of pork and push to bottom of skewer. Then do the same with remaining ingredients in this order: pepper, zucchini, onion. Repeat steps until full and then do the same with second skewer.
  3. Place on grill to cook and brush with Carolina BBQ sauce. When you turn brush with sauce each time. When done, place on a plate, brush again and serve.


  • 6 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red
  • 6 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Rainbow
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Zucchini, cut into thick coins
  • 8 oz Allegiance® Pork loin, cubed
  • 2 ea bamboo skewer(s), 8-inch
  • 4 oz West Creek® BBQ Sauce, Carolina Original Barbeque
  • salt and pepper
