Directions
- Incorporate all ingredients, toss gently, cover, and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve chilled. Note: Ceviche should be prepared prior to and for each service period.
Ingredients
- 3 Contigo® Pepper(s), Jalapeño, (seeds removed, small dice)
- 2 lb Empire's Treasure® Pangasius Fillet(s), (1/2" dice)
- 1/2 tsp garlic, clove(s), (fine chop)
- 2 lime(s), (zest, fine chop)
- 12 lime(s), (juice)
- 3 tbsp onion(s), red, (small dice)
- 1 bunch Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh, (leaves only, washed, dried and rough chop)
- 3 tbsp pepper(s), red bell, (seeds removed, small dice)
- 1/4 tsp Roma® Red Pepper, Crushed
- - to taste salt, sea
- 3 oz tangerine juice, fresh, (optional)
