Cheddar Apple Pizza Pie


  1. Spread pizza sauce thinly over crust; sprinkle evenly with half the Mozzarella.
  2. Sprinkle with 1 oz. of the apples, reserving the most colorful for garnish. Sprinkle Cheddar and remaining Mozzarella on top; dust with cumin.
  3. Bake at 475°F until crust has golden edge and crisp bottom and cheese is slightly browned. Sprinkle with remaining apples.


  • 3 oz pizza sauce
  • 1 10 in extra-thin cracker-style pizza crust, (sub tart dough crust)
  • 4 oz Real California Part-skim Mozzarella, shredded
  • 3 oz apples, finely minced skin-on red and green
  • 2 oz Real California Aged White Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 tsp cumin, seeds , ground, toasted
