Cheddar, Bacon and Spinach Spread

Directions

  1. In medium bowl stir together yogurt, mayonnaise and soup mix.
  2. Stir in cheddar cheese, spinach, tomatoes, almonds and bacon.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  4. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with Heritage Ovens Salad Wafers.

  • 1/4 cup almonds, (slivered, toasted and chopped)
  • 1 1/2 oz cheese, cheddar , (sharp, shredded)
  • 1 1/8 oz dry vegetable soup mix, envelope(s), (1 envelope)
  • - as desired Heritage Ovens® Wafers, Salad
  • 10 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach, (thawed, drained, chopped)
  • 1/3 cup tomato(es), (seeded, finely chopped)
  • 5 slices West Creek® Bacon, (crisp-cooked, drained, crumbled)
  • 1 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups yogurt, Greek, plain fat-free, (plain, fat-free, sub reduced-fat sour cream)
