Cheese Stuffed Rigatoni with Blush Sauce Florentine

Directions

  1. In a sauté pan add oil and garlic over low heat (don’t brown). Add white wine and simmer for 1 minute. Add 1 1/4 cup Blush Sauce and bring to simmer.
  2. Mix in spinach, until wilted.
  3. Add Rigatoni and serve when heated through.
  4. Top with grated cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic, clove(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • to taste Raffinato® Cheese Grated, Parmesan
  • 8 oz Roma® Pasta, Cheese Stuffed Rigatoni, cooked as directed
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach, fresh baby
  • 1/4 cup wine, white

Blush Sauce

Directions

  1. Combine heavy cream and marinara sauce into medium size bowl.
  2. Stir together well until evenly mix mixed. Sauce should be a light pink color.
