Chicken Sausage & Harissa Mayo Breakfast Sandwich


  1. Cook sausage patty on flat top grill for 2 minutes per side or until browned and heated through.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together harissa and mayonnaise. Spread mixture on inner sides of bread slices. Spread butter on outsides of bread.
  3. Beat together eggs and chives and cook in lightly buttered non-stick skillet over medium heat until soft set.
  4. Place sausage and eggs over harissa mayo and close sandwich with buttered sides out. Cook sandwich on flat top grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.


  • 1 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp harissa, sauce
  • 1 Jones Dairy Farm Chicken Sausage Patty(ies), Fully Cooked
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, softened
  • 2 large Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s)
  • 2 slices roll(s), brioche
