Chicken Bacon Spinach Flatbread
Directions
- Brown chicken in oil for approximately 10 minutes. Drain and hold for service.
- Portion dough into a 4 ounce piece or use your favorite pre-made flatbread. Heat oven to 450-500°F.
- Brush flatbread with garlic oil. Portion chicken onto the flatbread dough. Top with cheese, bacon and tomatoes.
- Transfer assembled flatbread to the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Toss spinach with garlic oil, salt and pepper. Arrange the spinach on the flatbread. Serve

- 3 lb Tyson® Chicken, Diced White Meat
- 3 lb Pizza Dough, Flatbread
- 2 oz garlic oil
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 pinch Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh, chopped
- 12 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach, Baby, chiffonade, sliced
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Cherry, halved
