Chicken Bacon Spinach Flatbread


  1. Brown chicken in oil for approximately 10 minutes. Drain and hold for service.
  2. Portion dough into a 4 ounce piece or use your favorite pre-made flatbread. Heat oven to 450-500°F.
  3. Brush flatbread with garlic oil. Portion chicken onto the flatbread dough. Top with cheese, bacon and tomatoes.
  4. Transfer assembled flatbread to the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Toss spinach with garlic oil, salt and pepper. Arrange the spinach on the flatbread. Serve


  • 1 lb Tyson® Bacon Pieces, Fully Cooked
  • 2 lb Roma® Cheese Shredded, Cheddar
  • 3 lb Tyson® Chicken, Diced White Meat
  • 3 lb Pizza Dough, Flatbread
  • 2 oz garlic oil
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 pinch Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh, chopped
  • 12 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach, Baby, chiffonade, sliced
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Cherry, halved
