Chicken Breasts with Mushrooms


  1. Sprinkle breast halves with ground white pepper.
  2. Heat butter or margarine in skillet and add breast halves. Cook until well done. Transfer to a serving dish.
  3. Add onions and mushrooms to the skillet and cook briefly. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add wine, sprinkle with chicken seasoning and cook for 2 minutes. Add cream and cook until mixture is just moist.
  5. Pour over chicken breasts and serve with steamed rice or rice pilaf.
