Chicken Poblano Bites


  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Thaw the sheets and place each on a small muffin-sized tin, shaping them into each space.
  3. Spoon the mixture into each muffin space.
  4. Fold the dough over the top and brush with the melted butter and bake.
  5. When the dish is done, place the bites on a plate with your choice of garnish.


  • 1/2 cup Contigo® Cheese, Mixed

  • 1 tablespoon Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), diced
  • 1 tablespoon pepper(s), poblano, diced
  • 6 Sopapilla Sheets
