Chicken Quinoa Power Bowl
Directions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and place on char grill.
- Cook evenly on each side.
- Follow directions to make quinoa blend and add garlic to the mixture. Add quinoa to the bowl.
- On one side of the bowl add the chicken, on the other add the salsa.
- Place the tomatoes around the bowl and serve.

- 4 oz. Black Bean & Corn Salsa
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, clove(s), chopped
- 3 each Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Grape, cut in half
- 6 oz. Quinoa & Veggie blend
- 1 West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s)
