Chicken Quinoa Power Bowl


  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place on char grill.
  2. Cook evenly on each side.
  3. Follow directions to make quinoa blend and add garlic to the mixture. Add quinoa to the bowl.
  4. On one side of the bowl add the chicken, on the other add the salsa.
  5. Place the tomatoes around the bowl and serve.


  • 4 oz. Black Bean & Corn Salsa
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic, clove(s), chopped
  • 3 each Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Grape, cut in half
  • 6 oz. Quinoa & Veggie blend
  • 1 West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s)
