Directions
- Thaw Chicken and toss with ¼ ounce olive oil, ½ teaspoon parsley & ½ teaspoon basil. Set to the side.
- Arrange 2 ounces of Spring Mix in a bowl. Top with red onion, grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, olives, almonds, pistachios, and marinated chicken.
- Serve with dressing of choice

- 1/2 oz pistachios
