Chihuahua Crostini with Poached Egg


  1. Toast sliced French bread until golden brown.
  2. Spread the guacamole on bread and sprinkle cheese over bread evenly.
  3. Top with the salsa.
  4. Poach each egg and place on each piece of bread.
  5. Make a wheel out of each orange and place between bread slices, then add the parsley sprigs to garnish.
