Chimichurri Flat Iron Steak with Salad


  1. Rub the flat iron with 2oz of sauce and place on grill and cook to desired temperature
  2. Place spinach, salsa and cashews in a bowl and toss, then ladle vinaigrette into bowl and toss
  3. Place salad on plate
  4. Set flat iron aside after cooking to rest for two minutes
  5. Slice at a 45 degree angle and then place on plate
  6. Ladle the sauce over the steak again and serve


  • 1 oz cashews, chopped
  • 4 oz Chimichurri Sauce
  • 3 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach
  • 1 oz Piancone® Dressing, Chianti Basil Vinaigrette
  • 3 oz salsa, roasted corn
  • 6 oz Stonehouse® Beef Steak(s), Flat Iron
