Chipotle Cinnamon Cauliflower Bites


  1. Preheat convection oven to 400°F.
  2. Place cauliflower florets in a medium sized bowl. Drizzle with oil and toss until evenly coated. Dust with seasoning and toss until seasoning is evenly distributed.
  3. Line a half sheet tray with foil. Place seasoned cauliflower onto tray and spread out in an even layer. Bake until florets are just starting to char, about 8-10 minutes. Serve as an appetizer with a creamy, cooling dip


  • 1 cauliflower, head, in 1 in. florets
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 2 tbsp Lawry's® Chipotle Cinnamon Rub
