Chorizo Pizza


  1. Place the dry active yeast into the warm water and let it stand about 10 minutes. In a mixer – place the flour, salt and honey. With a dough hook start mixing and add the water 1/3 at a time. Mix for about 5 minutes to develop the gluten. Take out of the mixing bowl and place it into a lightly oiled bowl and cover. Put in a warm place for an hour.
  2. Roll the pizza dough out and place on a pizza peel or pizza pan. Top with the Bonta pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, cooked chorizo and spinach. Crack the raw egg in the middle and bake at 500 degrees for about 12 minutes. Remove it from the oven and top off with fresh torn basil.
  3. Cut, serve and enjoy.
