Directions
- In food processor chop garlic and cilantro and slowly add oil.
- Add remaining ingredients and process into a coarse paste.

- 2 garlic, clove(s), peeled
- 1/2 tsp. McCormick Culinary® Black Pepper, Ground
- 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh, leaves, washed
- 1/2 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup Raffinato® Cheese Grated, Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. salt, kosher
