Country Fried Steak and Eggs

Directions

  1. Prepare Southern Country Gravy Mix per directions. Keep warm.
  2. Fry the steak in a deep fryer according to manufacturer’s directions.
  3. Remove from fryer, divide in half and place on plate with roasted potatoes and eggs made to order. 
  4. Ladle 1 1/2 fl. oz. of gravy on each half of the steak and garnish with chopped parsley.

  • 2 tbsp Trio® Southern Country Gravy Mix
  • 1 10 oz. steak(s), top sirloin, country fried
  • 4 1/2 oz. potato(es), roasted
  • 4 ea. egg(s), sunny side up or scrambled
