Crispy Popcorn Shrimp Po Boy


  1. Cut roll in half and brush with Ken’s Creole Chili Pepper Sauce.
  2. Fry shrimp until golden brown.
  3. In roll, place shredded lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Top with fried shrimp and serve with choice of side.

  • 1 tbsp Ken's® Creole Chili Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), chopped
  • 5 slices pickle(s)
  • 4 oz shrimp, fried popcorn
