Crustless Portobello Pizza


  1. Pre-grill mushroom until desired doneness. 
  2. Place mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and pesto on mushroom and place onto sheet pan. 
  3. Place in pre-heated oven at 35 degrees Celsius and bake for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly brown.
  4. Cut into desired section/wedges and serve immediately.
