Dijon Crusted Rack of Lamb


  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine bread crumbs, seasoning, garlic and 1/2 of oil. Combine and set aside.
  3. Heat skillet and add remaining oil. Season rack with salt and pepper and brown. Remove and coat with mustard, then seasoned bread crumbs.
  4. Wrap bones with foil and place in oven. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until desired doneness.


  • 1 oz mustard, dijon, extra strong
  • 1 oz garlic, chopped, in oil
  • 1 oz Roma® Italian Seasoning, add to bread crumbs
  • 14 oz Piancone® Epicureo Lamb, Rack
  • 2 oz Luigi® Soy Pomace blend oil
