Directions
- Place NY strip on the broiler. Quarter turn NY strip for diamond pattern grill marks. Flip NY strip and finish cooking to desired doneness.
 - Place cream reduction in a hot sauté pan. When simmering add cheddar cheese and toss to melt cheese and combine with cream.
 - Place broccoli in water to heat. Drain broccoli well and arrange at an angle on one end of a medium oval platter with stems down and crowns up.
 - Pour cheddar cheese sauce over steamed broccoli. Place bourbon onion sauce at an angle on the other end of the platter. Place NY strip on the bourbon onion sauce.
 - In a bowl add melted butter parmesan cheese and panko and mix thoroughly, put on a sheet tray and toast.
 - Garnish broccoli with toasted crumbs and serve immediately with a steak knife

 - 2 oz cream reduction
 - 1 tsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter
 - 2 oz panko breadcrumbs
 - 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Broccoli, Floret(s)
 - 1 oz Roma® Cheese, Parmesan
 - 1 cup West Creek® Cheese Shredded, Cheddar
