            Dulce de Leche Dip with Cinnamon Tortillas
            
                
                    Directions
                    
    - Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce, milk, and powdered sugar until they are well incorporated. 
 
    - Cut the tortillas into fourths and fry until crisp. 
 
    - Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar immediately after removing from the fryer.
 
    -  Put the dip into a small bowl and drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve with cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.
