Elbow Macaroni Bake


  1. In a mixing bowl, add elbow macaroni, caramelized onions, warmed alfredo sauce, four cheese blend and mix to combine.
  2. Port into 9x9 baking dish and top with bacon pieces.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before garnishing with diced tomatoes and parsley. Serve immediately.


  • 2 cups cheese, four cheese Italian blend
  • 4 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, sliced thin and caramelized
  • 4 tsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh, chopped
  • 4 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Roma , diced
  • 8 slices Ridgecrest® Bacon, Applewood Slice(s), cooked and crumbled
  • 15 oz. Roma® Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 1/2 lbs Roma® Pasta, Elbow Macaroni, IQF Precooked
