Fig in Fall Pizza


  1. Heat pizza oven to 500°F.
  2. Using a ladle spread alfredo to crust edge on dough. Sprinkle pieces of prosciutto and figs on top of sauce.
  3. Add cheese to pizza then bake for 6-7 minutes in oven.
  4. In a bowl toss arugula with virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Remove pizza from oven slice and top with pear and arugula then serve.


  • 1 16 in. pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup Roma® Alfredo Sauce, warm
  • 12 oz Bacio® Cheese, Mozzarella, shredded
  • 3 ea Piancone® prosciutto, sliced, hand-torn
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Arugula
  • 1/2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® pear(s), cored and sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp Roma® extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup Magellan® dried figs, cut in half, stem removed
