Fig in Fall Pizza
Directions
- Heat pizza oven to 500°F.
- Using a ladle spread alfredo to crust edge on dough.
Sprinkle pieces of prosciutto and figs on top of sauce.
- Add cheese to pizza then bake for 6-7 minutes in oven.
- In a bowl toss arugula with virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Remove pizza from oven slice and top with pear and arugula then serve.
Ingredients
- 1 16 in. pizza crust
- 1/2 cup Roma® Alfredo Sauce, warm
- 12 oz Bacio® Cheese, Mozzarella, shredded
- 3 ea Piancone® prosciutto, sliced, hand-torn
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Arugula
- 1/2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® pear(s), cored and sliced thin
- 2 tbsp Roma® extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup Magellan® dried figs, cut in half, stem removed
