Fig, Sage and Goat Cheese Flat Bread


  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Roll dough out for a thin crust brush with olive oil and bake until lightly golden. Add the mozzarella and goat cheese. Top with figs and bake until cheese melt.
  3. Remove to cutting board and add cracked pepper, balsamic glaze and fried sage.


  • 6 oz pizza dough
  • 5 Magellan® Black Mission Figs, cut in half
  • 6 to 8 slices cheese, mozzarella
  • 3 oz cheese, goat
  • pepper, to taste
  • balsamic glaze, to taste
  • sage, fried, for garnish
