Flash Fried Bacio® Diablo


  1. Dip cheese in batter, then into panko and refrigerate for half hour.
  2. Heat marinara and pesto. 
  3. Fry cheese; drain well.
  4. Place sauce on serving plate; place cheese on top of sauce. Garnish with parsley.


  • 4 oz Bacio® cheese, single slice
  • 1/2 cup Goldendipt® batter
  • 1 cup Kikkoman® panko
  • 3 oz West Creek® marinara sauce
  • 1 oz Roma Chipotle Pesto
  • 3 sprigs Peak Fresh Produce Parsley
