Fresh Chimichurri Sauce


  1. In a blender or food processor – add fresh parsley, fresh garlic, fresh cilantro, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, fresh lime juice, champagne vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes and salt. Process until emulsified.
  2. Add finely diced Spanish (white) onion to this mixture.


  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Basil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar, champagne
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime, juice
  • 1 cup oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 1 bunch parsley, Italian
  • 1 tsp red pepper, flakes
  • 1 tsp salt, kosher
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, finely diced
