Fresh Chimichurri Sauce
Directions
- In a blender or food processor – add fresh parsley, fresh garlic, fresh cilantro, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, fresh lime juice, champagne vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes and salt. Process until emulsified.
- Add finely diced Spanish (white) onion to this mixture.

- 1/4 cup lime, juice
- 1 cup oil, olive, extra virgin
- 1 bunch parsley, Italian
- 1 tsp red pepper, flakes
- 1 tsp salt, kosher
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, finely diced
