Green Goddess Potato Salad


  1. Bring a pot of cold salted water to a boil, add potatoes and cook until tender.
  2. Drain, cool and place into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add Ken's Essentials Green Goddess Dressing, red onion, dill, mint and olives.
  4. Mix well and serve.


  • 1 cup Ken's® Essentials Green Goddess Dressing
  • 2 lbs. potato(es), red, quartered
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup onion(s), red, diced
  • 1/2 cup dill, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mint, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive(s), black , roughly chopped
