Directions
- Combine radishes, lemon zest, lemon juice, grated garlic, and EVOO. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Heat the basic cheddar sauce in a saucepot over medium-low heat.
 - Place 2 ounces basic cheddar sauce in the center of each of 4 plates. Top with charred broccoli steak, a dusting of rye breadcrumbs, and a spoonful of gremolata.

 - 2 tsp lemon juice
 - 1 tsp lemon zest
 - 1 garlic, clove(s), grated
 - 1 tbsp oil, olive
 - salt, to taste
 - pepper, to taste
